Lack of sleep

So...I made the mistake of starting a poker game last night at midnight. It was a $1 buy-in tourney, so I figured I would play and at most be in two hours. ...Over five hours later, I finished...I walked away with fourth place. Then it was three hours of sleep and off to work.

2 days...9.5 inches. I thought I was moving to DC for the summer, not the Amazon.

Another pointless entry

So my buddy at work asked me to play at some free poker tournament tonight. It was good times, I walked away with a $25 gift certificate for the Pizza Pub for winning. Nothing beats the Pizza Pub...I can't back that up. But that's not all I won...I also won three hours of smoke inhalation and the lucky privilege of sitting next to the guy who claimed to be a gangster. Now, I cannot honestly say I know anything about gangsters, but I know enough to know that this guy was not one of them. For starters, I doubt gangsters waste their time at the local bar playing for Pizza Pub gift certificates, only the pimps do crazy stuff like that. But whatever, he was a nice guy. Well, that's all I got tonight.

ps: I saw this hilarious image today on the intraweb. It's Saddam playing rock-paper-scissors. I know it sounds stupid, but it's pretty funny stuff.

...and on the eighth day he blogged

Well, after the browser just erased everything I had written, I will start over...

So, I am a few years behind the times when it comes to this blogging business, but since I do not have much of a life during the week here in D.C., I figured I would give this blogging thing a shot. But, right now I am going to head off to bed, so maybe tomorrow I will post some meaningless nonsense. So, until then, you all (OK, just one person that accidentally arrived at this website via some google search screwup) will have to wait. God bless.
